Xitou Monster Village 溪頭妖怪村/松林町 (Taichung)

The village was built in 2011 to commemorate the friendship of Kubota (久保田) and Katsuichi Matsubayashi (松林勝一) during the Japanese occupation of Taiwan.

How to get there?

  1. Hi, I'm planning whether to include Monster Village in my itinerary. Is this attraction worth visiting?

    1. Hi ahgurl,
The trip taken to and fro was indeed time consuming (about 3 hours by bus) but if you do have spare time and have not visited the place, you may want to consider going there.
