How to purchase from Zalora?

Select the type of items that you want to purchase (eg. Flats)

Filter by size (eg. Eu 40) or price (eg. SGD 0-49)

Select the item

Select the size and "Add to Bag"

After adding the items that you want to purchase, you can view them at "your bag"

Free delivery for purchases above S$40

Confirm your purchases by clicking "Secure Checkout"

Enter your necessary details, including your payment method

Once your payment is made, you will receive the order confirmation!

Now wait for the delivery to your place!

If the product doesn't suit you, complete the return form.

Return the items with the return form in the package within 30 days at any SingPost counters or SingPost POP Stations. 

Do read their "Returns and Refunds Policy" for returning the items.

I'll usually return them at the POP station for my convenience.
