How to offer your praying?
Buy the praying items like incense sticks (S$2.00) or flowers from the stall outside the temple.
You could also get the incense sticks that are placed outside the temple.
Take 3 burning incense sticks, pray to Goddess of Mercy and place the incense sticks in the large censer.
If you are asking for divination, go into the main hall of temple and pray.
You may also make donations to the temple.

  1. I had a wonderful experience here some years ago. Threw the sticks etc.

    1. That's great! Hope you could explore other places in Singapore too!

  2. whatever happens in this place has cause my mom to make life decisions for me. if i wish to travel, she will find the need to go and ask for a divination. even if i wish to pluck my wisdom tooth she also will need to "ask" from here.

right now, i just received news that i can't go to korea (even after i bought tickets) just because her divination lot says "cannot go"

she even will ask the temple if the girl i am dating will be my "future wife". and if it's not she will ask me to break up.

i wish such a place never existed. or such beliefs never existed. it always came up to be 50/50 true.

the future was never meant to be deciphered. sorry. just feeling really sad about this.

    1. Sorry to hear this from you but I'd believe that divination is a guide for what we ask for when we pray. We can't totally depends on it but from there, we can decide what we want to do.

    2. That is totally hardcore man, before trip must always divine....
