Lin Heung Tea House 蓮香樓 (Hong Kong)

You'll definitely have to try the dim sum when you are in Hong Kong. And for us, we decided to make a trip to Lin Heung Tea House that received a few good comments for its dim sum. It's located at the cross junction of Wellington street and Aberdeen street.
When we arrived, my first thought was "Wow.. this is crazy!" I nearly gave up after waiting for about 10 minutes. The place was extremely crowded, the staff were very busy and you had to actively find your own seats in order to start ordering. Lucky of us, we were given seats by one of their customers but we had to share the table with random strangers.
Lin Heung Tea House is well-known for its dim sum and it still practices the traditional way of ordering the dim sum from the chinese lady who pushes the trolley around. As the staff are quite occupied, don't expect to wait for the dim sum trolley to come by. You'll have to take the piece of ordering slip to the chinese lady to request for the dim sum.

And before you start eating, remember to wash the cups, bowls, spoons and chopsticks!
